We love to reward our customers when they use our services.
One way we do this is to offer loyalty points every time you make a purchase.
At The Secret Day Spa we have three loyalty cards:

Our Loyalty Cards
The Secret Day Spa
Whenever you spend a minimum of €25 at the Spa on treatments you will get one stamp on our Spa Loyalty Card.
All Herbelia treatments are excluded as they are part of the Herbelia Loyalty Reward program.
The free treatments for 1 person are:
with the first 5 stamps, a free Jacuzzi session
when you reach 10 stamps, a free Back & Neck massage
when you reach 15 stamps, a free Gel Polish Hands
when you reach 20 stamps, a free Express Pedicure
when you reach 25 stamps, a free Full Body Massage
The Secret Day Spa Loyalty card starts from January till December each year. You have to redeem the free treatments until February of the following year.
For 2024, we will continue using the 2023 Loyalty Card
Herbelia Rewards
The Herbelia Loyalty Reward program is eligible whenever you do Herbelia treatments and/or buy Herbelia products even online. You will get a stamp for every €25 spent. For example with a facial worth €75 you will get 3 stamps.
All Herbelia retail products and treatments are part of the Herbelia Loyalty Reward program.
The free treatments for 1 person are:
with 15 stamps, a free Herbelia Product depending on the season
with 30 stamps, a free Herbelia Skin Bloom Facial
The Herbelia Loyalty Reward program card does not have an expiry date and can be used over different years.
Thalgo Loyalty Card
The Thalgo Loyalty Reward Card is eligible whenever you buy Thalgo products even online. You will get a stamp for every €25 spent.
All Thalgo retail products are part of the Thalgo Loyalty Reward Card.
With every 20 stamps reached you are eligible for a Free Thalgo product.
The Thalgo Loyalty Program card does not have an expiry date and can be used over different years.
How to earn your Spa Loyalty cards points
Register
Speak to one of us while you are at the Spa or register online through our website so we can prepare our Loyalty Card for you.
Use the cards
Make sure to bring the card with you at the Spa on all of your visits. We will add the stamps on each card as requested with every purchase.
Get Your Rewards
With every loyalty card that we have, we offer nice free products and treatments.
Cards
Terms & Conditions
- Rewards are only entitled to the card holder and cannot be transferred.
- Each Card User must only use the Card in accordance with the Loyalty Card Scheme rules.
- Each Card is personal to the Cardholder or relevant Card User to whom it is issued and neither the Card nor the rewards can be used by or transferred to any other person.
- In order to earn the reward points on purchases, the Loyalty Card must be presented with the bill prior to purchase. If you forget your loyalty card please note that it is not possible to get points added retrospectively at a later date.
- Only one Loyalty Card can be used per transaction.
- Expired value cannot be transferred to a new card, redeemed or reinstated.
- The Loyalty Card has no coin value.
- One Loyalty Card per customer can be issued.
- All treatments will be applicable with the exception of Semi Permanent Make Up and treatments used by Gift Vouchers.
